About Us

Our Approach

It’s about trust

I find the largest issue today is finding someone you can trust. It seems wherever your turn someone is offering information and you do not know who to believe. Particularly in the financial services industry there is an ongoing issue with a lack of trust.

Security

Let’s face it, at the end of the day you’re looking for security. You’re looking for someone who listens and understands you; after all it is a huge decision.  In fact, I always encouraged my clients to get a second opinion, so they know our fit is right. It’s so important.

Structure, tax and behaviour

You also need to know improving your financial position is not just about products. I do not have a product to sell you. I know what you are thinking, I’ve heard this before. What are you trying to sell me? The most important part of financial advice is the structure, tax minimisation and ultimately your behaviour.

Visualisation and mind mapping

In my 20 years in the financial industry, I find the best way to initially interact with new clients is to use visuals.  That’s why, we have a mind mapping session and have an open conversation about your goals.  This enables us to visual all your goals so we can break this down into manageable areas.  Where you are doing well, you’ll get a big tick and any areas that need improving we’ll look at options for you moving forward.  We have developed this system to make the entire range of services we offer incredibly transparent.  It’s a fun, simple and educational way which highlights what you need to do.

What problem am I trying to solve?

“I am passionate about helping people make smart decisions and get a real buzz from people hitting key milestones in their personal or business lives. Having a well-defined goal coupled with coaching and direction wins the day.

Before you travel down a financial path outlaying your hard-earned money, it is important to ask this simple question first:

‘What problem am I trying to solve’?

“It is important to know the difference between great advice and those who are just trying to sell you something to hit targets – and I understand it well.

Most people I meet are trying to solve problems they don’t have in efforts to get ahead or playing catch up from decisions previously make.* Unfortunately, whilst some of these risks pay off, many do not leave good intentions resulting in future years of financial pain. I am here to help you to avoid the latter”

Keep in mind our first meeting is always complimentary as we explore together if a relationship makes sense for you and us.

Pre Retirees, Sunshine Coast

We are so blessed to have Stuart dealing with all our financial issues. Poor Stuart don’t think he knew what a handful we would be when he took us on LOL. He’s really one of a kind.
